Pilates at Charlotte Blake Pilates is a comprehensive experience that reaches beyond just walking into a Pilates session or class and walking out. All exercises are meant to inform and empower you and your body. You will be given all the information you need to understand clearly and precisely why you are doing something, how it applies to everyday life, and when to check in with your new Pilates form to ease pain and gain strength.
