Pilates with Charlotte is a comprehensive experience that reaches beyond just walking into a Pilates session or class and walking out. All exercises are meant to inform and empower you and your body. You will be given all the information you need to understand clearly and precisely why you are doing something, how it applies to everyday life, and when to check in with your new Pilates form to ease pain and gain strength.

Here are few examples of what a client can expect from a Pilates Program with me:

  • Sustainable support: each lesson paced just for you yet building upon the last, allowing you to truly master each exercises

Pilates is the perfect go-to form of movement for post-rehab sessions. I work with clients who have had or are currently experiencing injuries and issues including: herniated discs, scholiosis, abdominal diastasis, frozen shoulder, hip pain, lower or upper back pain, cervical spine pain, masectomy and reconstructive surgery, knee pain or clicking, pelvic floor weakness and/or dysfunction, uterine prolapse, sciatic pain, shoulder cuff injury/pain, pubic symphisis, asthma and shortness of breath, anxiety, sprained ankle, and joint issues.

Charlotte teaches in-person out a completely private Pilates space in the St. Denis Building in the Union Square area of NYC.
