Our one-on-one Pilates programs are designed so that all you need to do is show up just as you are and receive the support you and your body need in order to live your best life possible.

“Working out (swimming, running, lifting, etc) is something that has always brought me an incredible amount of happiness and self-confidence. However, I injured myself five years ago, and that injury led to chronic neck pain. Unfortunately, I let that pain consume my life and strip away my happiness. I ceased working out all together, went to dozens of physical therapists, consulted with countless doctors, and tried everything from acupuncture and yoga to chirotherapy and epidural injections (and much, much more). What’s worse is that, around this time, I started a highly stressful job with grueling hours that only seemed to make my pain worse. 

Two years ago, however, someone recommended that I go to CBP. By this point, I had tried virtually everything and had grown accustomed to living with my daily, sometimes crippling, neck pain. Needless to say, I was skeptical and hesitant. But I gave it a shot, and I can confidently say that these sessions changed my life. Not over night. Not even after a few months. It took time. However, I am sitting here today virtually pain free, and I have taken back control of my life. Charlotte helped me restore my confidence by really listening and tailoring my program. The recovery after my second birth really surprised me - it was both physically and mentally challenging, as I felt societal pressure to bounce back quickly and to be able to keep up what had been my normal routine with my toddler but with a newborn in tow.  I had been a long-time client of Charlotte's and was eager to see her for a postnatal consult, scheduled for about 6 weeks after my son's birth.  Having those 60 minutes with Charlotte in which she focused on how I was feeling - physically and emotionally - and we started the slow process of healing and strengthening my body again, was truly a moment that reset my postpartum mindset and put me on a healthy path forward.” -ALH
