What You Will Receive

  • One 60-minute Reset & Restore Session for those new to Rebuild & Reclaim. You will learn if you have a diastasis, talk about pelvic floor weakness, get your questions answered, and formulate a plan so that you receive exactly what you need as you rebuild your foundation. For those returning to Rebuild & Reclaim (or who have previously booked a Postnatal Consult with Charlotte), you will receive complimentary access to our Reset & Restore Class Series in place of this session.

  • Five 60-minute Full-Body Pilates Sessions to fill your well + strengthen your entire body.

  • Five 30-minute Core-Focused Pilates Sessions with time after class to ask Charlotte questions.

  • One 60-minute Celebration Circle with a sealing ritual to honor your progress + support you in moving forward. 

  • Video Recordings of all sessions (except for Q&A, which will not be recorded to honor the privacy of others).

  • A Dedicated Facebook Group to stay connected with the group and ask Charlotte questions in between sessions.

  • Resources & Information you need to heal, strengthen, and restore your postpartum body.

Reset & Restore

Thursday, April 22
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM ET

For those new to Rebuild & Reclaim, you will kick off your program with Charlotte's signature Postnatal Consult, which will be done in a group setting. This group consult will be a time to share any issues you are experiencing so that classes can be structured to meet your needs, hear Charlotte's personal healing story so you know you're not alone in your journey, ask any questions, check yourself to see if you may have a diastasis and learn what that means (and why it's nothing to be afraid of!), and set your intentions for this specialized program where you will re-build your foundation to make way for a stronger YOU. For those returning to Rebuild & Reclaim (or who have previously booked a Postnatal Consult with Charlotte), you will receive complimentary access to our Reset & Restore Class Series in place of this session.

Fill Your Well

Tuesdays at 3:00 PM ET
starting April 27

These sessions will comprise 45 mins of full-body Postnatal Pilates to help you get out of pain, feel better in your body, and know how to move your body as you strengthen postpartum. Plus 15 mins of journaling, meditation, self-care, and being in a healing circle as mamas together. Healing postpartum goes far beyond the physical. This is space held for you to process and integrate all that is coming up for you in your new life.

Deepen Your Connection

Thursdays at 3:00 PM ET
starting April 29

These sessions will comprise 30 mins of Postnatal Pilates movement focused on deepening your core connection + control so that you stay out of pain postpartum and continue building your strength to support your new life with your baby. BONUS: Stay after class on Thursdays to ask Charlotte any and all of your postpartum healing questions.

Seal Your Practice

Tuesday, June 1

Celebrate and honor all you have accomplished, learned, and shifted with this time set aside for a powerful closing ritual.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't have childcare but really want to attend, what do you suggest?

Come to class! Babies are welcome! If you need to feed your baby in the middle of class, it's recommended you stay to listen and learn and be in community with Charlotte + everyone in class so that you are integrated in class instead of feeling like you need to remove yourself. You can always turn your video off if that is preferred while you feed. You'll receive a recording of class for anything you miss or want to repeat. 

I've never taken Pilates, is that okay?

Yes! Sessions size is kept small so that Charlotte can cater classes to each individual. Classes will be challenging and will build onto one another meaning, you will start at the beginning and build a strong foundation from there. Whenever you need a modification, Charlotte will offer it and make sure you’re progressing without doing harm.  

I'm not recently postpartum but really want to build my strength, can I still join?

Absolutely. Any day/week/month/year postpartum person is welcome! 

Do I need props for this class?

We will use Pilates Resistance bands which will be a gift to you from Charlotte! You’ll receive a set of bands right after you sign-up for the program. Beyond that, a foam roller is highly recommended but modifications will be offered if you do not have one. Charlotte’s favorite is the 36” length x 6" diameter full-sized soft roller from otpt.com.

I know I have to miss one or two classes, is that okay?

That is 100% okay! The beauty of online classes is that they can be recorded and you can do the recording in your own timing. Make sure to notify us if you can’t attend a class so that Charlotte knows. Don’t be surprised if she still offers corrections and modifications even if you aren’t there in person! You’ll barely realize it isn’t live. 

Is there a way to try it out before signing up?
